Foundations

The traditional foundations resting on footings and footings were poured with C16/20 (B20) concrete of 26.10 m3. They were previously armed with ribbed and smooth bars and foundation blocks were spaced to avoid traditional formwork. The foundations were protected with asphalt solution for insulation and asphalt paper on cardboard. To prevent capillary rise, asphalt waterproofing membrane was laid underneath and on top (57 m2 x2).A bucket insulation membrane was also laid tightly. 4.5 m3 of MAXIMUM GOLD polystyrene board was also laid.

Walls

The walls were built with Porotherm blocks – 11.5-P+W-11.5x50x23.8 cm (261 pieces), 25-P+W -25×37.5×23.8 cm (1577 pieces) and P+W-8×49.8×23.8 cm (62 pieces). The building was insulated with Termo Organika MAXIMUM GOLD polystyrene boards (32 m3) with a declared thermal conductivity coefficient <0.038 W/mK. It was laid using dry adhesive mortar for polystyrene boards (1914 kg).

A primer plaster mix (57 kg) was applied to the walls, a dry mineral plaster mix (770 kg) was used and TO-TD white mosaic decorative plaster with decorative elements was laid. A plastering unit was used for this purpose.

Windows and Doors

Factory-finished windows and balcony doors (10 sqm) and 4 energy-efficient 78×140 tempered glass roof windows with U-value<0.88 W/m2K were installed.

The exterior wooden doors have a total area of 4.18 m2 with a fire resistance of 30min. A typical external entrance door with a heat transfer coefficient U<1.20 W/m2K was opted for. Inside, 7 panel door leaves were inserted inside the premises in steel frames.

Ceiling

TERIVA ceiling was constructed with the help of prefabricated reinforced concrete ceiling beams (123 m) and TERIVA ceiling blocks 21 cm high (495 pieces). Plain concrete (29 m3) was poured. The entire ceiling was plastered on the underside, and a screed was poured on top, on which floor panels were laid. They were previously protected with foil (0.3 mm).

First floor

Dividing the first floor into rooms yielded 82.10 m2 including a single-car garage (20.50 m2) and a boiler room (9.70 m2). Inside, we find a vestibule (2.80 m2), hall (3.80 m2), bathroom (3.10 m2), room (9.30 m2), living room with kitchen (29.10 m2) and dressing room (0.40 m2). We will go to the attic by a concrete staircase (3,40 m2).

Attic

The attic has gained 48,90 m2. There we find a hall of 5,80 m2, three rooms (12,80 m2, 14,90 m2, 9,90 m2) and a bathroom (5,50 m2). The attic was protected with mineral wool panels for attic insulation UNI MATA ISOVER with a thickness of 120 mm and 180 mm, which gave a total of 216 m2 of insulation.

Roof

The mentioned insulation refers directly to the roof. This one is made of rafters and cl. II saturated coniferous dimensional battens (80m). The entire roof, previously protected with a vapor barrier film, is covered with simple cement tiles.
