houses built using the traditional method
We have experience and will not hesitate to use it
We are a company that combines tradition with modernity, building houses based on precisely written quality standards.
We chose the masonry method because of its robustness and flexibility. We always make sure that every stage of construction meets the highest standards, giving you the assurance of durability and comfort for years to come.
With our experience and attention to detail, your home will be exactly as you dreamed it would be.
Construction schedule
We work according to a simple and structured project process. We do not hide anything, transparent communication is the key to success.
First meeting - we meet at our office and discuss
your needs. We explain how to work with us,
talk about your budget, the scope of the contract
and introduce you to the whole process.
Signing a design contract - the next step to your dream home.
We sign the contract and start work.
Preparation or adaptation of the project - at this stage we create the design of your house or,
if you have selected a ready-made one, we adapt it to your needs.
Checking the cost of implementation - we will once again confirm with you the cost of building your house,
so that we can all be sure how much what will cost.
Acceptance of the concept - the architect will refine the concept to its final form, making corrections
related to all your comments. If you think this is "it" already, we will wait for your approval.
Obtaining a building permit-architectwill submit for you a building permit
together with a full-branch architectural and construction project, and once we receive
a legal decision, we will start construction work.
Signing the construction contract - after obtaining all approvals we will still sign
one document authorizing us to work on your plot.
Start construction - and this is where the magic will begin to happen. Watch your dream home being built.
You can check the progress both in the customer panel and in person.
Acceptance of each stage - each stage will be received by you,
so that we can be sure that everything is according to your expectations.
Completion of construction - and it's done! It's all done.
We clean up, tidy up the site and hand you the keys
to your new home. ❤️
