Facade
It protects walls from the weather while providing thermal and acoustic insulation.
Every detail is important
Why is the facade so important?
It is the building’s first line of defense against atmospheric agents such as rain, wind, snow and UV radiation, which protects the walls from damage and degradation. A well-made facade also provides excellent thermal insulation, which helps maintain an optimal temperature inside the building, increasing the comfort of the occupants.
Our standards
We have created documents indicating to what standard we build houses. This gives you the assurance that every detail of your home will be perfectly done.
Thermal and acoustic insulation
We use thermal insulation layers, such as mineral wool or polystyrene foam, which provide high thermal and acoustic insulation, as required by standards (K=0.20-0.25 [W/m²K]). In addition, we take care of proper moisture insulation to eliminate the risk of thermal bridges.
Weather resistance
We design our facades to withstand weather conditions such as rain, wind and temperature fluctuations. We use waterproofing and ventilated facades, which allow moisture to drain effectively, protecting the building structure.
Strength and durability
We use durable materials such as bricks, clay blocks and concrete systems, which guarantees the durability and stability of our buildings. We also use three-layer facades with clinker bricks or ventilated air gap, which further increases their resistance.
Energy efficiency
When designing facades, we emphasize energy efficiency, minimizing energy consumption at the operation and construction stages. With proper thermal insulation and the elimination of thermal bridges, we ensure minimal heat loss, which translates into lower building heating costs.
Technologies used
Facade types
Each of these types of facades provides high thermal insulation and energy efficiency, but the choice of a particular solution depends on individual aesthetic preferences, budget and the specifics of the construction project.
It consists of an insulation layer, a ventilation space and a facade cladding. The ventilation space allows air to flow freely, which prevents moisture accumulation and improves thermal insulation.
ETICS (External Thermal Insulation Composite System) includes an insulating layer (polystyrene or mineral wool), which is covered with a reinforcing mesh and thin-coat plaster.
A layer of clinker bricks forms the outer shell of the facade, and the space between it and the supporting wall is filled with insulating material. This is a durable and aesthetic solution with high thermal insulation.
Wood planks mounted on a frame with thermal insulation. Wooden facade requires regular maintenance, but provides excellent thermal and aesthetic properties.
Composite panels mounted on a frame with thermal insulation, often in a ventilated system. The panels are lightweight, durable and easy to install.
Stone slabs mounted on special brackets to a load-bearing wall with an insulating layer in between. Natural stone is durable, weather resistant and provides excellent thermal insulation.

Ceiling vs. too low concrete strength class
When building our dream house, we want everything to go according to plan. What if we use too low a strength class of concrete in our ceiling?
What do we pay attention to?
Type of insulation material
The choice between Styrofoam and mineral wool depends on thermal insulation and acoustic requirements. The right material affects the thermal efficiency and acoustic comfort of a building.
Protective layer
The use of an appropriate finishing layer, such as silicone or mineral plaster, depends on weather conditions and aesthetics. It affects the durability of the facade and its resistance to dirt.
Facade ventilation system
The choice of ventilation in a ventilated or non-ventilated façade depends on the design of the wall. The correct solution ensures moisture removal and prevents condensation.
Minimize thermal bridges
Correct design and execution of details such as lintels, jambs and crown moldings minimize heat loss and improve the energy efficiency of the building.
Moisture resistance
Choosing the right waterproofing system, such as bitumen membranes or membranes, protects the facade from moisture ingress and ensures the long-term durability of the structure.
Aesthetics of finishing
The use of appropriate cladding, plaster or facade bricks influences the appearance of the building and resistance to external conditions such as UV radiation or pollution.
