Concrete layer

It provides solidity and stability to the entire structure, effectively transferring loads from the upper floors to the load-bearing walls. Concrete in the ceiling also improves sound insulation, reducing noise between floors, and improves thermal insulation, helping to maintain optimal room temperatures.

Thermal insulation

It prevents heat loss between floors, increasing the energy efficiency of the building. The use of insulating materials, such as mineral wool, polystyrene or PIR panels, helps maintain an optimal internal temperature, which translates into lower heating and cooling costs.

Waterproofing

Necessary to protect against moisture, preventing the ingress of water and its damaging effects. The use of high-quality waterproofing membranes or coatings protects the structure of the ceiling, prolonging its life and preventing mold and mildew. With effective waterproofing, the ceiling remains dry and safe, increasing the overall durability and health of the building.

Screed

A layer of concrete screed applied to the ceiling that provides an even and smooth surface for floor finishes. It performs a stabilizing function, evenly distributing loads and increasing the durability of the subfloor.

In addition, the screed can be used as an underlay for underfloor heating systems, which improves the thermal efficiency of rooms.

Floor

The final layer of flooring, which provides an aesthetically pleasing interior finish and a functional surface for daily use. It is installed on a concrete screed and can be made of various materials, such as tiles, wood, laminate or carpet, depending on aesthetic and functional requirements.

A well-made floor not only enhances the aesthetic value of the room, but also ensures durability and ease of cleaning.
