Our story

From thermal upgrading to building new energy-efficient homes

Our business has its origins in home thermal upgrades and obtaining funds for this purpose from grant programs. This is not easy although it might seem that, after all, it’s not a big deal, many companies replace people’s furnaces and insulate their homes. Maybe so, but a small percentage of them can boast of having obtained millions of zlotys in subsidies for their customers. From the beginning of our business we have adhered to the principle that we are at every stage with the customer – from obtaining the first documents to the last service. Well, and it has entered our blood.

We have always had one goal – clean air and a better world for our kids. We don’t know if we can use the word “ecology”, it’s been overused by various brands lately and I guess it’s losing its value, but that’s how the idea of building energy-efficient houses was born – out of concern for our environment and for a better future.

Our story

Why houses?

We’ve already written about the environment, but so honestly, we like the satisfaction of our customers in addition to the environment. We see how much value is brought by taking most of the responsibilities off our clients’ shoulders. You don’t have to think about paperwork, laws, permits, or orchestrating many steps at once, and having to do everything yourself so that it works.

We also don’t like shoddiness and freeze at the sight of poorly made houses. Memes about pat-development are funny, until it happens to us. So we step in, all in white (from the plaster) and show that it can be done well, consciously, ecologically and pro-customer.

We do not know how to leave a client with a "good enough" job done. We do not make such compromises. Either we do everything 100%, or we don't take on the subject at all.

At the Energy Project, he is responsible for commercial and administrative activities. His most important goal is to solve important problems for Poland and its people, because, he says, improving air quality is one of the biggest civilization challenges of the next two decades.

Rafal Bujas

Board Member

He has many years of experience in renewable energy technologies. He has completed thousands of installations across Poland. He translates his broad, technical experience in the RES industry into building the success of Energy Project. He takes care of the substantive and technical side of the company, overseeing all processes.

Adrian Mulawka

Board Member

Experienced manager effectively implementing solutions, improving organizational processes. A natural leader with developed analytical skills and a passion for building business. Privately a fan of travel and learning about other cultures. For several years an amateur diver and drone operator, an enthusiast of technowines, stand-up and good cuisine.
