Description
The project “Wschód Słońca – variant III (basement)” is an elegant and functional house with a usable attic, designed for families looking for space adapted to narrow urban plots. The classic body with a gable roof has been enriched with a basement, which offers additional utility rooms, including a two-car garage, which is a practical solution for small plots.
The first floor of the house was planned as an open and welcoming living area. The living room with a fireplace connects to the dining room, creating a spacious space for daily living and relaxation. Large glazing in the living room provides natural light and opens the house to the garden. The kitchen, equipped with a practical pantry, is a functional place for preparing meals. There is also an additional room on this level, which can serve as a study or guest bedroom, and a bathroom to make the house more comfortable.
The attic is the private zone of the householders. There are three comfortable bedrooms, including a master bedroom with its own walk-in closet, which provides additional storage space. The attic bathroom was designed with the needs of the whole family in mind, offering space for daily activities.
The basement is an additional advantage of the project. It houses a two-car garage, a boiler room and two utility rooms, which can be adapted as storage rooms, a laundry room or a workshop. This practical solution will especially work well on plots with limited space.
