Description
The Skagen house project is a modern, single-story building with a usable area of 120 m², designed with comfort and functionality in mind for a family of 4. A simple body with a gabled roof and an elegant facade give it a timeless character.
The interior of the house has been carefully planned, offering a spacious living room with a fireplace, combined with a dining room and an open kitchen. Large glazing provides excellent interior lighting and a seamless connection to the terrace, an ideal place to relax outdoors.
The night zone consists of three comfortable bedrooms, including one with its own dressing room. In addition, the project includes two bathrooms and a practical utility room. An attic is also available, which can be adapted for additional usable space.
The house has been adapted to the needs of people with disabilities, making it friendly and accessible to everyone. The use of modern technologies, such as photovoltaic panels, recuperation, heat pump and energy-efficient woodwork, makes the building meet the highest standards of energy efficiency. In addition, ecological solutions, such as a rainwater tank, emphasize care for the environment.
