Description
The design of the house “Beautiful view – variant I” is a proposal for those who appreciate modern architecture and proximity to nature. The building is distinguished by large glazing, which not only provides excellent interior lighting, but also allows you to admire the surrounding landscape. The whiteness of the facade, broken with wood elements and clinker tiles in a gray-beige shade, gives it an elegant and representative character.
The first floor features a spacious living room combined with a dining room and an open kitchen, equipped with a practical pantry. Large glazing in this part of the house opens the interior to the garden and terrace, creating a harmonious space for relaxation and meetings with loved ones. In addition, a bedroom located right next to the bathroom is planned on this level, making it ideal for a senior citizen or guests. A spacious boiler room with access to the garden and a single-car garage complete the functionality of the first floor.
The attic is the private zone of the householders. There are three comfortable bedrooms, each of which has access to its own bathroom, providing comfort and intimacy. In addition, a mezzanine is planned for the attic, which can serve as a workspace, home library or relaxation area. A laundry room on this level makes daily chores easier, and large skylights bring plenty of natural light into the interiors.
