Description
The “Unconventional” house project is a proposal for lovers of modern architecture, combining functionality with minimalist design. The characteristic body of the building, inspired by the form of a modern barn, was enriched with a cuboidal element of a carport, creating a coherent and original whole.
A spacious living area has been planned on the first floor, including a living room with a fireplace, a dining room and an open kitchen with a pantry. Large glazing in this part of the house provides excellent interior lighting and a seamless connection to the garden. In addition, on this level there is a bedroom with a bathroom, ideal for guests or seniors, and a utility room.
The attic is the homeowners’ private zone, with three bedrooms, including one with its own dressing room and bathroom. The other two bedrooms have access to a shared bathroom. A boiler room connected to the laundry room is also provided, adding to the comfort of the house.
The house is equipped with modern systems, such as mechanical ventilation with recuperation, which increases its energy efficiency and thermal comfort.
