Description
Project “Blue Almonds” is a single-family house with a usable attic, ideal for families looking for a spacious and functional solution. The body of the building was designed in the shape of the letter T, which gives it an original character and emphasizes its modern style. The gabled roof and natural finishing materials, such as clinker brick and clay tile, give the building a timeless elegance, while the large glazing provides a perfect connection between the interior and the surroundings.
The first floor features a spacious living room with a fireplace, which seamlessly connects to the dining room and an open kitchen equipped with a pantry. This part of the house is the heart of daily life and promotes the integration of household members. An additional room on this level can serve as a study, guest bedroom or remote work space. A practical dressing room and a bathroom increase the functionality of the first floor space. A large boiler room located next to the garage has a separate exit to the outside for easy maintenance.
The attic is the private zone of the householders. There are four bedrooms, including a master bedroom with its own dressing room, providing exceptional comfort. The remaining rooms can be used as bedrooms for children or recreational spaces. A large bathroom in the attic provides comfort for all residents, and an additional dressing room allows for optimal organization of space.
