Project “Nicholas” is a spacious single-family house with a usable attic and basement, ideal for a family of 4-5 people. Classic body with a gabled roof and functional layout of rooms make the house perfectly meet the requirements of modern families. The simple and elegant design fits into a variety of landscapes, from urban to suburban.
The first floor features a bright, spacious living room connected to the dining room, which is the heart of family life. Thanks to large windows, the living space is well-lit and opens naturally to the terrace and garden. The kitchen has been located adjacent to the dining room, which provides convenience and fluidity in use. An additional room on the first floor can be used as a study, a guest bedroom or a room for a senior citizen. The first floor is complemented by a bathroom, providing convenience for household members and guests.
