Description
The interior of the HOMEKONCEPT 99 single-family home was designed so that after a busy day, you can quietly enjoy your own angle. This is the vision of HOMEKONCEPT architects, aimed at those who appreciate the atmosphere of a home fireplace, ample space for daily routines and the comfort of sleep. An important element of the design is the subtle division of the house into two parts: the living zone and the night zone, which serves its purpose when the householder fancies a quiet and blissful rest in the bedroom.
The centerpiece of the house is the living area consisting of a kitchen enriched with a peninsula, a separate pantry, a spacious dining room and a living room with an amazing view of the garden. And all this thanks to large glazing, designed along practically the entire length of the two walls of the living zone. The first floor of the HOMEKONCEPT 99 project also offers a utility area located next to the garage, which has a direct entrance. The entrance area could not lack a dressing room, which will serve as a place for outerwear for guests and household members, and an additional room called the study, which can also be developed into a guest room or bedroom.
- Minimalist body - a simple form without eaves with a harmonious combination of white and graphite plaster and wood.

- Terrace over the garage - a spacious terrace, accessible from each attic bedroom, offers a comfortable place to relax.
- Functional zoning - the house is divided into a living area with a living room, dining room and kitchen, and a night area in the attic with four bedrooms.
- Master bedroom - the master bedroom with a private bathroom and dressing room, providing intimacy and comfort.
- Practical solutions - a pantry, a closet at the entrance, a study that can serve as a guest room, and a direct entrance from the house to the garage.
