Description
One of the characteristic elements of the HOMEKONCEPT 96 single-family house is its impressive glazing, providing natural lighting for the interiors and adding a unique charm to the facade. Particularly noteworthy is the original knee window, which catches the eye with its unusual form, while subtly indicating the modernity of the designed block.
The facade of the house was made using high-quality materials, such as silicone plaster combined with fiber-cement facade panels, which at first glance gives the effect of elegance of modern minimalism. The combination of muted colors and precise architectural details create a timeless style that our clients love the most.
- Modern glazing - an impressive knee window and large glazing on the entire body of the building, providing maximum light to the interiors and emphasizing the modern character of the project.
- Functional interior layout - thoughtful division into living and sleeping areas, with a large living area on the first floor and private bedrooms in the attic.
- Master bedroom - a spacious master bedroom in the attic, combined with a private bathroom and dressing room, offering as much as 23 m² of comfort.
- Living area overlooking the garden - an open space of living room, dining room and kitchen of nearly 60 m², with direct access to the terrace and garden.
