Description
When creating this house, we were inspired by the traditional form of single-family houses with an attic. In this project you will find it in a refreshed version and a pleasant symbiosis with modern architecture. The block on a rectangular plan with a gable roof is a timeless house that perfectly fits into the Polish landscape. However, we enriched it with relaxation zones in the form of terraces, panoramic windows and a large two-car garage. On the nearly 100-meter area of the first floor, in addition to a spacious living zone including kitchen, dining and living rooms, we could not miss such functional amenities as a separate dressing room, laundry room and pantry. In the attic, in the night zone, we designed three bedrooms, each with a comfortable dressing room, and next to the main one also a dedicated bathroom and a terrace providing privacy for morning coffee or an afternoon moment of relaxation.
- HOMEKONCEPT 79 is a house with a usable attic, combining a traditional body with a gabled roof and modern touches such as panoramic glazing.
- The facade combines white plaster and wooden elements, with dark window woodwork and a minimalist design.
- A two-car garage, two terraces (covered on the first floor and in the attic) and a spacious garden provide comfortable relaxation.
- The first floor includes a living area with a kitchen, dining room, living room, as well as functional amenities such as a laundry room, dressing room, study and pantry.
- The attic houses three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a private bathroom and dressing room, and a shared bathroom for the other bedrooms.
- Energy-efficient solutions, such as recuperation and thermal insulation, ensure thermal comfort and low maintenance costs.
