Description
The design of the house with a usable attic HOMEKONCEPT 28 variant 02 is a strong block. Probably it could even be called heavy if it weren’t for the white beams, the white band that runs from the entrance area, through the side elevation and finally surrounds the entire terrace.
A strong feature of this modern house is the facade, which was designed with concrete facade panels. The gray color of the slabs harmonizes wonderfully with the ash-colored facade wood used. The whole is complemented by a distinctive and eye-catching decorative beam and dark anthracite window and door woodwork.
The design of the house with a usable attic HOMEKONCEPT 28 variant 02 has two very interesting “moments”. One of them is the entrance area to the house. It has been very elegantly arranged in terms of materials and colors. Wood, gray concrete slabs were used there, and all this was composed with dark anthracite doors. A cool solution and tie everything together is still the use of glazing in the entrance area. This type of treatment makes the vestibule and entrance to the house bright and full of daylight. Completing the whole arrangement of the entrance to this modern villa is the beam over the entrance zone.
The second interesting element in the modern house HOMEKONCEPT 28 variant 02 is the terrace. The terrace has been conventionally separated by a decorative beam. It is interestingly arranged hidden between two walls of the building. The terrace is not only conventionally delimited by beams, but also decorative beams have been placed above it, which add flavor, something that is the proverbial cherry on the cake.
