Description
The design of the modern villa HOMEKONCEPT 13 ENERGO is a sprawling block covered with a multi-pitched roof. At the design stage of the house, care was taken with elements such as increased insulation of the external walls, roof and floor at ground level, window and door joinery with increased energy-saving parameters and mechanical ventilation with heat recovery. This makes HOMEKONCEPT 13 ENERGO an easy-to-maintain, energy-efficient and exclusive residence – ideal for a fashionable family.
The modern single-family house HOMEKONCEPT 13 ENERGO is an extremely aesthetically pleasing building, which is due to its original dark façade made of plaster, stone slate and façade wood. Its modern character is strengthened by the use of stone slate also on the roof, thanks to which it harmonizes with the facade highlighting its unusual style. Geometric white detailing on the facade catches the eye, while at the same time giving the mass an incredible lightness. The villa’s character is further emphasized by numerous large glazings. Accessible from the living room and study, the beautiful, large terrace is a natural extension of the living area, and its beamed canopy encourages householders to relax in its space.
