Project “Hyacinth 7 B” is a modern single-family house with a usable attic, designed for a family of 4-6 people. The characteristic body on a T-plan is distinguished by a combination of traditional and modern architectural elements. The gabled roof and terraces on the first floor add elegance and functionality, while providing exceptional comfort.
The interior of the house was designed with convenience and functionality in mind. The first floor features a spacious living room connected to the dining room, creating an open living area. The focal point of the living room is a mezzanine, which adds spaciousness and a modern feel to the interior. The kitchen, equipped with a pantry, is adjacent to the dining room, making it easy to organize daily meals. The main feature of the first floor is the master suite, which offers a private bathroom, dressing room and access to the terrace, providing comfort and intimacy. In addition, a two-car garage and utility room are located on the first floor.
The usable attic is a private area with three bedrooms that can be customized to meet the needs of the family. One of the bedrooms can serve as a study or guest room. A spacious bathroom and laundry room increase the functionality of this part of the house.
