Effective – Variant I

The project “Efficient – variant I” is an elegant house with a usable area of 196.1 m², designed for the comfort of a family of 4-5 people. A simple body on a rectangular plan, covered with a gable roof, gained attractiveness by emphasizing two of its parts – the garage in the front and the living room on the garden side – finished with wood-like cladding of a beautiful brown color. The eaveless roof and large, unusual glazing give the building a modern character.

The interior of the house was designed with the functionality and comfort of the residents in mind. On the first floor there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, combined with a dining room and an open kitchen, which promotes the integration of household members. Next to the kitchen is located a practical pantry, ideal for storing supplies. In addition, a study, which can serve as a workspace or guest room, and a bathroom are planned on this level. From the living room you can access the terrace, which is a perfect place to relax outdoors.

The first floor is the private zone of the householders. There are three spacious bedrooms, each with its own dressing room, which provides comfort and convenience. Two bathrooms on this level eliminate morning queues and improve the family’s daily routine. In addition, a laundry room is provided, increasing the functionality of the house.

The 31.7 m² garage will accommodate two cars, which is extremely practical for a motorized family. The boiler room was designed to accommodate modern heating systems, such as mechanical ventilation with recuperation, which emphasizes the energy-efficient nature of the house.
