Description
Project “Bosphorus II” is a spacious single-family house with a usable attic and basement, designed for the convenience of a family of 4. A simple body with a gable roof has been enriched with functional solutions that meet modern standards of convenience and aesthetics. Thanks to the basement, the project saves space on the plot, while offering additional usable space.
An open-plan living area has been planned on the first floor, which connects a spacious dining room with the kitchen, equipped with a practical pantry. Large windows in the dining room bring natural light into the interior and open the house to the terrace and garden. An additional room on the first floor can serve as a study, guest room or work space. For added functionality, there is also a bathroom on this level.
The usable attic offers two comfortable bedrooms, including one with a spacious dressing room that provides additional storage space. Next to the bedrooms is a spacious bathroom that meets the needs of all household members.
