Description

The Belfast IV house project is a modern, energy-efficient one-story building with a usable area of 132,49 m², designed with comfort and functionality in mind for a family of 4-5 people. A simple body with a flat roof and large glazings give it an elegant and minimalist character.

The first floor features a spacious living room with a fireplace, combined with a dining room and an open kitchen, which promotes the integration of household members. A practical pantry is located next to the kitchen. In addition, a separate bedroom and bathroom are planned on this level, which could be ideal for guests or seniors.

The first floor is a private area with three comfortable bedrooms, including one with its own dressing room, providing additional storage space. A spacious bathroom on this level guarantees comfort for all household members.

An additional feature of the project is a 31.8 m² garage with space for two cars, which is extremely practical for a motorized family. The 5.75 m² boiler room was designed with modern heating systems in mind, which emphasizes the energy-efficient nature of the house.
