It’s time for cozy 142 m2 single-family houses in Jastrzębie, which were made at the same time, one next to the other. Check out another of our realizations.
Another of our projects is single-family houses, with a total area of 142 m2. The houses were handed over in developer condition. Each of these houses has 94,5 m2 of usable area, which allows for compact solutions inside the building, without detracting from the comfort and convenience of living. The project comes from Archon.
Foundations
The foundations were made in the traditional way, based on pouring footings and footings of C16/20 concrete. Vertical damp insulation was applied to the reinforced concrete walls, made cold from asphalt solution, and 18 cm thick panels of extruded polystyrene were glued to the walls in the Atlas XPS thermal insulation system. The whole was protected with a bucket film.
Horizontal damp proofing with weldable membrane was also carried out.
Walls
The walls were built with Porotherm 25 P+W ceramic blocks along with reinforced concrete beams and stringers. Porotherm lintel beams were laid over the entrance and over the window openings.
Exterior walls were built with 250x373x238 mm hollow blocks (about 478 pieces), while partition, interior walls were built with 115x500x238 mm hollow blocks (about 1304 pieces).
Ceiling
The ceiling above the first floor was made of a 15 cm thick reinforced concrete floor slab. On top of the slab, insulation and construction foil, OPTIMUM SUPERAKUSTIC polystyrene boards, foil and screed were laid out.
The ceiling in the attic, the so-called “blind floor,” was made of 2.5 cm thick particleboard, which can be accessed by a folding attic staircase.
Windows and doors
Installed 11,67 m2 of PVC windows from Oknoplast Krakow. Placed 3 pieces of roof windows, pine windows with double glazing of 66×118 cm Fakro. Also put on 16.33 m2 of PVC Oknoplast Krakow balcony doors.
The exterior entrance door is burglar-proof, made of pine wood.
First floor and attic
The first floor has an area of 50,32 m2. Entering the house, we see a vestibule (3,33 m2), through which we will pass to the hall (3,46 m2). The space allows us to adapt the kitchen (7,89 m2), living room (31,03 m2) and bathroom (4,61 m2).
We will enter the attic by a staircase (4,39 m2) and to our eyes we will see a hall (3,86 m2). “Upstairs” was designed to include three rooms (2×84 m2 and 11,68 m2), a bathroom (4,53 m2) and a dressing room of 3,24 m2.
The attic was insulated with mineral wool boards laid over the suspended ceiling with a thickness of 15 cm. Polyethylene film insulation attached to the roof structure was also used. The entire structure was finished with plasterboards attached to CD and UD sections.
Roof and chimney
The roof, which has a 45-degree pitch, was covered with flat, standard ceramic tiles (about 1,837 pieces), along with finishing left and right gable tiles (84 pieces) and support tiles under the step (2 pieces).
Before the installation of the roof tiles, foundations more than 2 meters long and masonry were laid. Plain rafters more than 4.5 meters long and corner rafters were also laid. A membrane was laid and battens were screwed in place. A framework of battens was also made to suspend the plank soffit, and 19mm thick paneling was varnished.
The chimney was made of Schiedel RONDO PLUS single-passage ventilated chimney elements with duct diameters of 20 cm. The ventilation ducts were erected from vertical blocks.
