Description
The Z357 D house project is a proposal for those looking for a spacious and functional house with a usable attic and a mezzanine. A characteristic feature of this project is a two-story living room with a mezzanine, which adds spaciousness and modern character to the interior. Large glazing in the living room provides excellent interior lighting and opens the house to the surroundings. The kitchen, which can be separated from the dining area, is adjacent to a practical pantry. On the first floor there is also a room with a dressing room and bathroom, ideal as a suite for guests or seniors.
The usable attic is the night zone of the house, including the master bedroom with a private bathroom and dressing room, and two bedrooms with dressing rooms for children. A two-car garage is located in the body of the building, which increases comfort. The facades of the house are finished in light colors, combining clinker tiles with white plaster, giving the building an elegant and timeless look.
