The Z29 house project is a unique combination of modern design and functionality, which will prove ideal as a living space for families. A simple body with a gabled roof and elegant details, such as sandstone cladding and openwork canopy over the terrace, give the building a timeless, stylish character.

Upon entering the house, we find ourselves in a spacious vestibule with space for a walk-in closet. The living area on the first floor includes the kitchen, dining room and living room – an open space conducive to spending time together. A fireplace in the living room adds coziness, and large windows open the interior to the garden, providing excellent natural light. Also planned for the first floor is an additional room that can serve as a study or guest bedroom, as well as a laundry room and a bathroom, adding to the comfort of the house.

The attic is a private zone for householders with three bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a walk-in closet and an exit to the terrace, which will be perfect for outdoor relaxation. There is also a spacious bathroom on the first floor, which provides comfort for all residents.

The Z29 house also features a single-car garage with an additional utility room that can serve as a boiler room or storage space. The project provides for the possibility of a close-up of the house, which makes it a flexible solution adapted to different investors’ needs.
