Tośka Mobil (1099)

Project “Tośka Mobil (1099)” is a compact single-family house with a usable attic, designed for a family of 4-5 people. A simple body with a gabled roof and functional interior layout makes the house harmoniously fit into a variety of environments, both urban and suburban. An additional advantage of the project is the basement, which allows efficient use of space.

The first floor features a spacious living room with a fireplace, which seamlessly connects to the dining room located in a cozy risalite. Large glazing in the living room provides access to natural light and opens the interior to the garden. The kitchen was designed as an open space with a practical pantry, which makes it easier to organize daily chores. There is also a bathroom on this level and a centrally located staircase leading to the attic.

The attic is the private part of the house, where four bedrooms are planned, two of which have access to balconies. Each bedroom provides comfort and adequate space for household members. A spacious bathroom in the attic has been adapted to meet the needs of the whole family.

In the basement of the house there is a boiler room and two utility rooms, which can be adapted into a storage room, laundry room or workshop. A single-car garage with an additional attic is connected to the house for added convenience.
