Project “Tośka” is a compact single-family house with a usable attic, which was designed to meet the needs of a family of 4. A simple, minimalist body with a gabled roof makes the building fit perfectly into any landscape. The small dimensions of the house make it an ideal choice for small plots, while the modern design and functional layout of the rooms ensure comfort and convenience.

A spacious living area, which is the heart of the house, was planned on the first floor. The living room with a fireplace seamlessly merges with the dining room, creating a place for spending time together and relaxing. Large glass windows in the living room make the interior bright and open to the garden. The open kitchen, equipped with a practical pantry, was designed for everyday convenience. There is also an additional room on this level, which can serve as a study, guest bedroom or room for a senior citizen. The first floor is complemented by a bathroom and a separate toilet, which increases the functionality of this floor.

The attic is the homeowners’ private zone, where there are three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a walk-in closet, which provides additional space for storage and organization. The other two rooms can serve as children’s bedrooms or a guest room. A spacious bathroom in the attic guarantees comfort for all residents.
