Description
The Z297 house project is a compact and functional one-story house with a simple, compact body with a gabled roof. Thanks to the small width of the front, it is ideal for narrow plots of land, allowing efficient use of space. The full height of the first floor, without cumbersome bevels, ensures maximum use of usable space, which translates into the comfort of everyday life.
The first floor features a spacious living area, combining the kitchen, dining room and living room into one open space conducive to the integration of household members. Large glazings in the living room bring natural light into the interior and allow direct access to the garden, creating a harmonious connection between the interior and the surroundings. In addition, a comfortable bathroom with a window and a spacious boiler room with an exit to the outside have been designed on this level, making everyday life easier.
The first floor of the house is a private area of the householders, including three bedrooms of similar size, providing comfort and privacy for each member of the family. The lack of bevels on the first floor allows free interior design and full use of space.
