Description
The project of the house “With arcades 2” is a proposal for those who appreciate modern design combined with functionality. A simple body with a gable roof looks elegant and timeless, so the house fits perfectly into a variety of surroundings. Large glazings bring plenty of natural light into the interior, creating a friendly and bright space, while emphasizing the modern character of the building.
A unique feature of the project are the arcades – both at the entrance and the garden terrace. They have a practical function, providing protection from the sun and rain, while at the same time giving the block a unique look. The terrace under the arcade is the perfect place to relax outdoors, regardless of the weather.
The interior of the house was designed with the convenience of everyday living in mind. The first floor features a spacious living area, where the living room seamlessly blends with the dining room and open kitchen. Large glazing in this area allows you to enjoy the view of the garden all year round. In the attic there are three comfortable bedrooms, which guarantee privacy and tranquility for each household member. An additional advantage is the practical layout of the rooms, which means that every square meter of space has been optimally utilized.
