Description
The Teja house project (DS007) is a modern interpretation of a traditional barn, combining simplicity of form with functionality. It is characterized by a simple body covered by a gabled roof without eaves, which gives it a minimalist and elegant appearance. The white facade contrasts with the graphite tile and wooden cladding, emphasizing the modern character of the building.
An open lounge area has been designed on the first floor, including a living room, dining room and an open staircase. High glazing in the living area provides plenty of natural light and opens the interior to the garden, creating a harmonious space conducive to relaxation. An additional feature is a covered terrace running from the living room to the main entrance, making it possible to enjoy it regardless of weather conditions.
