Description
The project “Resolute A2” is a modern single-family house with a usable attic, ideal for a family that values functionality and aesthetics. A simple body with a gabled roof and a subdued color scheme for the facade, combining white, gray and wooden accents, give the building an elegant and timeless character.
The first floor features a spacious living room with an open kitchen, creating a common living area conducive to the integration of household members. Large glazing in the living room provides natural lighting for the interior and allows access to the terrace for comfortable outdoor recreation. An additional room on this level can serve as a study or guest bedroom, while a bathroom and pantry increase the functionality of the space.
The usable attic was designed with the comfort of the residents in mind. The variant with an AR2 attachment offers two bedrooms and an open space for working or spending time together, allowing the interior to be flexibly adapted to the needs of the family. In addition, the attic includes a bathroom and a laundry room, adding to the convenience of daily use.
The “Resolute A2” project combines modern design with practical solutions, offering comfortable living conditions on a small development area, making it an attractive choice for those looking for an economical and aesthetically pleasing home.
