Project:
Description
The “Gucio” house project is a single-story detached house with a usable attic, ideal for a family of four or five. Designed on a rectangular plan and covered with a symmetrical gable roof, it combines simplicity of form with modern details, such as wooden facade cladding and HPL panels that add variety to the white exterior walls.
The interior of the house offers a spacious living area on the first floor, where the living room, hall and dining annex with bay window form one open space. A representative staircase and a fireplace located on the exterior wall add to the charm, while large glass doors lead to a partially covered terrace, integrating the interior with the garden.
In the attic, there are three comfortable bedrooms with small bevels and built-in closets-gardrobes for comfortable and functional private space.
- A simple body with modern details: a gabled roof and wooden facade accents give the house an elegant look.
- Spacious living area: an open space connecting the living room, lobby and dining room promotes family integration.
- Fireplace on the outside wall: allows you to enjoy the view of the fire and the garden at the same time.
- Large glazed areas: glass doors leading to a covered terrace connect the interior with the garden.
