The E-71 house project is a functional and modern house with a usable attic, ideal for a family that values comfort and energy savings. A simple body with a gable roof allows for quick and inexpensive implementation, and a well-thought-out layout of the rooms ensures comfortable use.
The first floor features an open living area that connects the kitchen, dining room and living room, which promotes the integration of household members. Large glazings in the living room bring in natural light and allow access to the terrace, creating a harmonious connection between the interior and the garden. An additional room on this level can serve as a study or guest bedroom.
The attic houses three spacious bedrooms, one of which has a walk-in closet for added comfort. In addition, the attic has a bathroom and a laundry room, making daily chores easier.
The use of modern technologies, such as a heat pump, ensures energy efficiency and reduces the cost of operating the house. The project is available in both basic and mirror versions, allowing you to customize it to your individual needs and plot conditions.
