Description
The E-70 house project is a compact house with a usable attic, ideal for a family of five. Its simple body with a gabled roof gives it a classic and elegant look, and its small dimensions make it a suitable choice for narrow plots.
The first floor features a spacious living room connected to the dining room, which promotes integration of the household members. An open kitchen with a practical pantry makes it easy to organize daily meals. An additional room on this level can serve as a study or guest bedroom. The living room leads out to a terrace, ideal for relaxing outdoors.
The usable attic houses three comfortable bedrooms, providing privacy for each household member. A spacious bathroom on this level guarantees convenience. In addition, the project provides for the possibility of adapting the attic for residential purposes, which increases the functionality of the house.
The E-70 project combines traditional aesthetics with modern solutions, offering a comfortable living environment for the whole family.
