Thumbelina-2

Project “Thumbelina 2” is a compact and functional house that perfectly meets the needs of a family of four. The single-storey layout with a usable attic allows efficient use of space, and the small body of the building makes the house fit well in both small and medium-sized plots. A picturesque pediment with an entrance niche gives the building a cozy and elegant character, combining modern style with traditional aesthetics.

The interior of the house was designed for maximum comfort of the residents. The first floor is the heart of the house – a spacious living room connected to the dining room, an open kitchen and additional utility rooms, such as a boiler room and a toilet. Large windows in the living area provide excellent natural light and open the space to the garden.

In the attic there is a private zone, including three comfortable bedrooms. Two of them have access to balconies, which increases comfort and adds charm to the interior. The master bedroom is additionally equipped with a dressing room and a terrace located above the garage – an ideal place to relax outdoors. A functional bathroom is also provided in the attic, which provides convenience for everyday living.
