Project “Matilda” is a single-family house with a usable attic, ideal for a family of 4-6 people who are looking for a comfortable and functional solution. The classic body of the house with a gable roof has been enriched with modern details, such as a terrace with an openwork pergola and a loggia on the first floor, which give the building a unique character. Thanks to the well-thought-out layout of the space, “Matilda” perfectly combines aesthetics with functionality.
A spacious living area has been planned on the first floor, which is the heart of the house.
