Description
Project “Macierzanka” is a stylish single-family house with a usable attic, ideal for a family of 4-5 people. A simple body with a gabled roof and classic finish has been enriched with modern touches, such as large glazing and a terrace. Thanks to its compact dimensions, the building will be perfect for plots with limited space, while offering spacious and comfortable interiors.
The first floor is designed as a living space, where a living room with a fireplace connects to a dining room and an open kitchen. The kitchen, equipped with a pantry, provides convenience for daily use. Large terrace windows in the living room bring in plenty of light and open the space to the garden, creating an ideal place for relaxation and family gatherings. There is also an additional room on this level, which can serve as a study or guest bedroom, and a bathroom for added comfort.
The attic is the night zone, where three comfortable bedrooms have been designed. The master bedroom is equipped with a spacious dressing room for easy organization and storage. The other bedrooms can be used for children or as guest rooms. The attic bathroom is functional and adapted to the needs of the whole family.
