Project:
Description
The “Tangerine” house project is a modern, single-family house with a usable attic, which will be perfect as living space for a small family. A simple body with a gabled roof and a subdued, minimalist aesthetic make it a versatile solution in both urban and rural settings.
The first floor of the house is an open living space, where the living room seamlessly connects to the dining room and kitchen. Such a solution promotes the integration of household members, while allowing for any interior arrangement. Large glazing in this zone provides natural lighting and allows access to the terrace, which is an ideal place for outdoor recreation.
In the attic, a private zone has been planned, consisting of a bedroom and a bathroom. The well-thought-out layout of the rooms guarantees convenience of use, while reducing construction and operating costs. The project “Mandarynka” is a perfect combination of functionality, aesthetics and economy.
