The Ka228 S house project is a modern, one-story building with a simple body and a gabled roof, ideal for a family of up to five. Its compact dimensions make it an excellent choice for narrow plots, and the possibility of semi-detached or terraced houses increases its flexibility to fit a variety of locations.
A spacious living room with a kitchenette is planned on the first floor, creating an open and welcoming living area. Large glazing in this area provides natural lighting for the interior and a seamless connection to the garden.
