Description
The modern single-story house project HOMEKONCEPT 97 is a square block covered with a hipped roof. The body of this house is a very simple shape on a square plan. However, let all viewers not be deceived by this… The simple square block is highlighted here by a modern facade designed with silicone plaster and facade boards. Dark cement or ceramic roof tiles and dark anthracite window and door woodwork add to the clamor.
The element that attracts attention is the decorative wall with a passage to the garden, located in the front area. It would seem that this is an unnecessary element. Nothing could be further from the truth! Thanks to this decorative wall, the body of the building balances out a lot and acquires lightness. The wall gives a very interesting “flavor” and makes it separate the garden from the surroundings and becomes an asylum for householders.
