Description
The lump of this ready-made house project is an increasingly popular – barn. This is the colloquial name of all modern house designs, whose roofs without eaves are, wherever the roof and the knee wall form a visual whole. The area of this house with a usable attic exceeds just over 100 m2.
In the design of the HOMEKONCEPT 95 house, the facade materials on the roof, the knee wall and the rest of the facade have been combined in an extremely impressive way. The upper part of the facade was covered with fiber-cement panels. As a result, the roof and knee wall almost sparkle in the sunlight. To calm this effect a bit, the lower part of the facade was designed with silicone plaster and natural wood in a very pleasant, warm shade. Besides, the combination of these materials and color makes this finished house project HOMEKONCEPT 95 fit perfectly into the green landscape in the garden.
