Description
The design of the house with an attic HOMEKONCEPT 95 G2 is a strong block of delicacy and lightness is given to it by an interesting beam running around almost the entire building. The decorative beam in the entrance area has taken on the function of a canopy over the front door.
As a finishing material for the roof and the upper part of the facade, gray fiber-cement tiles were used in a classic layout. Interestingly, it is these tiles that visually make the body of the building almost sparkle in the sunlight. This gives it an uncommon appearance and is very eye-catching. In order to somewhat “calm the facade” on the lower floor, silicone plaster similar in color to the fiber-cement tiles was used, as well as facade wood in a light shade.
The huge glazings that have been designed with HOMEKONCEPT 95 G2 create unique images. They reflect the greenery of the garden and the beautiful surroundings of the house. And most importantly, they visually make the garden and vegetation almost seep into the house through these XXL glazings. This makes this barn-style project unique and different in every season.
