Project:
Description
Looking at the body of the building, it would seem that it is “an ordinary rectangle with a large window”. Nothing could be further from the truth! Although the mass may give the impression of heaviness, but the lightness is given by the beam. The decorative beam begins at the entrance area where it serves as a canopy over the entrance. Then it continues along the side elevation and ends above the terrace. At the same time, above the terrace, the beam serves as a canopy over the terrace.
Interestingly, the HOMEKONCEPT architectural studio was the first on the Polish market to introduce beams into its designs. An ornamental, eye-catching element of the facade, which gives the design of the house an unusual and very interesting character.
- Unusual body - rectangular form with a decorative beam that gives lightness and modernity.
- Unique facade - the upper part covered with fiber-cement panels, the lower facade made of planks in a warm wood shade.
- Huge glazing - the entire wall of the garden facade, glazed from floor to roof, provides plenty of natural light.
- High ceiling over the living area - the lack of a ceiling over the living room enhances the spaciousness and elegance of the interior.
- Functional layout - spacious vestibule, dressing room with utility room, storage under the stairs.
- Ideal for a family - first floor with a bedroom and bathroom, and in the attic two bedrooms and an additional bathroom, ideal for 3-4 people.
