Description
In the case of HOMEKONCEPT 93 B, the modern flair is given to the facade, which is a combination of decorative plaster and seamed metal sheet, which in this project is also the finishing element of the gabled roof. The graphite roof is considered both elegant and versatile. It blends in perfectly with its surroundings and emphasizes the timelessness of the architecture. Dark slopes with a large area strongly accentuate the body of the house and give the possibility of harmonious combinations with various facade materials. Sheet metal on the so-called standing seam is one of the oldest technologies used in construction. Combining it with a minimalist body, the whole took on a modern dimension. Sheet metal in this case was not chosen solely for aesthetic reasons – as this material has very good properties, is not subject to corrosion and is characterized by high durability. It is worth noting that the project with an attic HOMEKONCEPT 93 B uses gas heating from a condensing furnace, which is one of the cleanest and most energy-efficient heating technologies. The project also includes underfloor heating throughout the house, except for the garage and the utility room, where traditional radiators were planned to be installed.
