Description
HOMEKONCEPT architects decided to create a variation on its theme of a pitched roof. And that’s how the HOMEKONCEPT 92 house project was created. The characteristic, most important and eye-catching element for this house project is the roof. HOMEKONCEPT 92 was designed with a mono-pitched roof, which was “dragged” all the way to the ground. The result is a triangular-shaped block with two-story glazing framing beautiful views.
This house project has a large roof pitch, which gives the mass an original and modern look. The mono-pitched roof of the HOMEKONCEPT 92 house project’s traditional roof truss is covered with seamed metal sheets. As a result, its finish is particularly aesthetic and extremely durable.
- HOMEKONCEPT 92 is a modern house with a distinctive mono-pitched roof drawn down to the ground, which gives the block a triangular, original shape and frames beautiful views through two-story glazing.
- The spacious living area on the first floor includes a kitchen with an island, dining room and living room, which is conducive to spending time together, while an additional pantry provides practical storage space.
- The first floor also includes a master bedroom area with a bedroom, dressing room and private bathroom, providing intimacy for the hosts.
- A practical utility room accessible from the outside is ideal for storing bicycles and garden equipment, adding to the functionality of the house.
- On the first floor there are two additional bedrooms, a dressing room, a laundry room with ironing room and a bathroom, creating a comfortable space for the household.
- A high ceiling in one of the bedrooms offers the possibility of an unfussy arrangement, such as a bouldering room for children or a stylish study with tall bookshelves.
