Description
In the HOMEKONCEPT 91 project, a gabled roof, rooted in the tradition of Polish single-family housing, has been juxtaposed with a simple, geometric body with modern overtones. The use of this type of roofing guarantees simpler implementation and the use of as much usable space as possible in the attic. The whole is complemented by a white facade with elements of gray and panoramic glazing, which guarantees a space full of light inside. The house’s facade is finished with silicone plaster in combination with light-colored facade wood, which looks extremely natural and successfully blends in with its surroundings. HOMEKONCEPT 91 is an example of functional modernity at its best – with a livable space where a large family that values comfort and privacy above all else will find its place.

- The roof and knee wall covered with titanium-zinc sheet panels in graphite color create a minimalist, austere look.
- A spacious L-shaped terrace and two terraces in the attic provide homebuyers with quick contact with nature and the opportunity to relax outdoors.
- The first floor includes a spacious living area with a kitchenette, dining room and living room, as well as additional utility rooms, such as a dressing room, pantry, boiler room and laundry room.
- The attic has two bedrooms, one with a separate dressing room and office nook, and each room has access to a separate terrace overlooking the garden.
