Looking at the visualization of the finished house project HOMEKONCEPT 91 variant 01 our attention is focused on the roof and the knee wall. In this house project only on the roof we have as many as three extremely interesting elements, architectural details that are worth paying attention to.
First of all, the roof we have in the project is a very interesting and very fashionable for several years, a roof without eaves. This type of roof refers to a traditional farm building such as a barn.
Secondly, the material used to cover the roof was “pulled” over the entire knee wall. The roof and the knee wall thus formed one cohesive element.
Thirdly, you can’t go wrong with the material used to cover the roof and knee wall, as well as the method of covering. In this modern house project HOMEKONCEPT 91 variant 01, the roof was covered with diamond panels and a French-style covering was used. Such roofing can be made of titanium-zinc sheet or natural stone slate. If you choose to make the roof from natural slate – the shape and shades of stone will give you a unique roof appearance resulting from the fact that you are working with a natural material that is not uniform.
- HOMEKONCEPT 91 variant 01 is a modern house with a roof without eaves, reminiscent of a traditional barn, with French-style carom paneling and the option of using natural slate.
- The house's facade is distinguished by white silicone plaster, wooden elements and a dark roof, creating an elegant, contrasting look.
- The distinctive white beam surrounding the building and the "crack on the facade" add lightness and modernity to the strong body of the house.
- A spacious vestibule with a glass wall and a dressing room provides convenient storage space, keeping the entrance area tidy.
- The living area consists of a kitchen with a peninsula, a dining room and a living room, open to the garden through large glazing, creating bright and airy interiors.
- The usable attic includes three bedrooms, two with access to terraces, a dressing room, a shared bathroom and a master bedroom with its own dressing room.
