Description
House of contrasts HOMEKONCEPT 90 is a project that combines seemingly different concepts. The simple form of the body is juxtaposed with a rich functional layout, monolithic walls harmonize with the subtlety of large glazing, and graphite plaster successfully blends with dark window and door sgtolars. It looks like the impossible has been achieved!
Contrast is a tool that, in the hands of experienced architects, made it possible to create the eye-catching design of HOMEKONCEPT 90. The styling of this large-scale single-family house is based on harmony, simplicity and frugal details. The starting point for the design solutions was to unite with nature as much as possible, which is why HOMEKONCEPT 90 will prove especially suitable where the landscape of the building plot plays a huge role. By design, the body of the house is supposed to be like a chameleon and blend imperceptibly into the surroundings. Thanks to the large amount of glazing, the interiors have almost unlimited access to natural light, and the surroundings harmoniously and without ostentation penetrate into the house.
- HOMEKONCEPT 90 is a modern single-story house with a minimalist body, finished in two colors of silicone plaster.
- Anthracite window and door frames emphasize the building's modern character.
- The traditional roof truss with ceramic or cement tiles is reminiscent of classic single-family housing.
- The living area includes a kitchenette with pantry, living room, dining room and access to a covered terrace.
- The private area includes three bedrooms, a dressing room, a family bathroom and a laundry room, each of the bedrooms has access to a terrace.
- Additional rooms include a study, ideal for working from home, and a guest bathroom.
