Description
Looking at HOMEKONCEPT 90 Ytong, we see a fantastic example of a modern single-family home. The expansive body resembles a long rectangle and has been enriched with numerous recesses and folds. The architects of our Studio “carved” in the mass of the arcades and folds in order to highlight the most important places of the building. Therefore, we have such an architectural treatment, for example, in the entrance area of the building or in the garden area.
In addition, around the entire single-family house HOMEKONCEPT 90 variant Ytong we have a large terrace routed, which is largely conceived as a covered terrace. Thanks to the arcades, the exit to the terrace whether from the living area or from the bedroom is sheltered.
One of the greatest assets of this single-story family home is its large windows. Why? The living area has a chance to be illuminated by natural light throughout the day, thus saving on energy. Everyone knows the importance of adequate sunlight, which is much more beneficial to our bodies than artificial light.
