Description
The design of the house with a usable attic HOMEKONCEPT 89 evokes a strong reference to tradition. Looking at this project, analyzing the shape of its body, colors and materials used on the facade – we see a traditional barn. The form of a cuboid covered by a gabled roof brings to mind regionalisms and village architecture. However, in HOMEKONCEPT we have given it modern overtones. We left no doubt and that the body of this modern house was designed in the 21st century.
The distinctive element that sets this finished house project apart is the eaveless roof. In addition, the roof has been finished with seamed sheet metal and flows seamlessly into the facade of the same color. The whole creates a linear structure of the whole.
The body of this modern house design has other noteworthy elements. The first of these is the covered terrace, which is an extension of the living area. The terrace has been thoughtfully designed to naturally serve as an outdoor living room during warm spring and summer days.
