Description
Looking at HOMEKONCEPT 89 G2 we feel… peace and tranquility. This project is a simple block without eaves. The beauty here lies in the simple and uncomplicated facade. It is just or as much a combination of white plaster and natural wood in a beautiful warm color. All the charm of the front elevation lies in the fusion of the first floor and attic windows together through a decorative wooden element. The use of the same wooden cladding on the garage door is also a fantastic treatment.
In HOMEKONCEPT 89 G2, the front elevation attracts attention with its simplicity, elegance and chic. It is completely different from the garden elevation.
The garden elevation has as many as three hugely interesting and mentionable elements. The first is a huge glass wall. Admittedly, this large glazing is not a single sheet of glass, but it still makes a phenomenal impression and cannot be passed by indifferently.
The second interesting moment is the way the terrace is roofed. In order to protect the terrace area from rainfall and wind, the roof gives the impression of being pulled forward. In addition, wood cladding has been used on the soffit of the roof, which further makes the terrace extremely cozy and invites you to sit on it and spend a few moments relaxing.
The third “moment” already evoked on the garden facade is the terrace area located, so to speak, at the back of the garage.
