Description
The whole of this very interesting architectural establishment consists of two blocks. One of them is designed entirely for living space. The other is a 2-car garage. To connect them, the architects used a beam with a pergola. Such a procedure made this one-story house with an eaveless roof very visually appealing. In addition, it also made the strong masses of both the apartment building and the garage take on an incredible lightness. And the HOMEKONCEPT 81 G2 single-story house project has become an even more unique proposition for all investors looking for a house design that escapes the schemata.
What particularly distinguishes the HOMEKONCEPT 81 G2 eavesless house project is its striking glazing. Large glazings provide the interiors with a huge amount of natural light. And, as we know, this has a very big impact on the well-being and healthy functioning of the body.
Helping to illuminate the interior and an element that catches the eye is the original knee window. The window spans from the slope of the gabled roof and is extended by additional glazing so that it extends all the way to the floor. This window is an amazing “flavor on the facade” but also separates the kitchen space from the dining room in the interior in an extremely subtle way.
To finish the facade in the design of the one-story house without eaves HOMEKONCEPT 81 G2, silicone plaster combined with ash-colored facade boards was used. Speaking of the facade, it is also worth noting the white plastering, which wonderfully harmonizes with the colors of the wood used on the facade. The whole is complemented by dark sheet metal on the eaveless roof and dark silicone plaster on selected parts of the facade.
